Job summary

Qualifications
- 2-3 years of accounting or accounts payable experience.
- Experience in construction, engineering, or architecture is highly preferred.
- Experience with job cost accounting, accounts receivable, or financial reporting is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Assist with quarter-end and year-end accounting close processes.
- Prepare journal entries and assist with variance analysis.
- Support job cost reviews and prepare job cost journal entries.
- Complete contract billings and monitor open receivables.
- Compile weekly funding reports and assist with financial reporting.
- Assist with weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
- Provide general administrative and accounting support to the finance team.
