Responsibilities

• Perform regular bank reconciliations and ensure transactions match records.
• Prepare general ledger reconciliations and follow up on discrepancies.
• Assist in accounts payable transactions and ensure timely payments to vendors.
• Assist with invoicing and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Support monthly financial reporting and balance sheet processes.
• Assist with ad hoc administration and accounting queries.
