Candidates with 2–3 years in accounting or accounts payable, experience in construction/engineering/architecture, and proficiency in Excel, Timberline/Sage 300 CRE, or Procore are encouraged to

• 2-3 years of accounting or accounts payable experience.
• Experience in construction, engineering, or architecture is highly preferred.
• Experience with job cost accounting, accounts receivable, or financial reporting is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist with quarter-end and year-end accounting close processes.
• Prepare journal entries and assist with variance analysis.
• Support job cost reviews and prepare job cost journal entries.
• Complete contract billings and monitor open receivables.
• Compile weekly funding reports and assist with financial reporting.
• Assist with weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Provide general administrative and accounting support to the finance team.
