Macrologic Diversified Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Accounting Assistant - Receivables to manage customer invoices, billings, and AR reconciliations. The role requires SAP proficiency and strong Excel skills, with on-site work at Molino, Bacoor, Cavite.

The candidate should be detail-oriented and capable of handling billing disputes and AR reporting. Responsibilities include preparing invoices, monitoring VAT documents, updating sales registers, and supporting monthly AR closing.

Competenze

• Graduate of BS Accountancy or related accounting field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in Accounts Receivable.
• Knowledgeable in Accounts Receivable processes, accounting principles, and financial reporting.

Mansioni

• Prepare customer invoices and billings and upload scanned SIs in SAP Business One.
• Check and monitor VAT zero-rating documents from clients.
• Validate monthly Sales Reports.
• Prepare and update daily and monthly Sales Registers.
• Assist the Team Leader in recording receivables and performing account reconciliation.
• Address and resolve billing discrepancies and customer disputes.
• Facilitate semi-monthly Sales meetings and provide Accounts Receivable updates and concerns.
• Serve as a reliever for the Team Leader when needed.
• Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned.

As an Accounting Assistant - Receivables , you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing, recording, monitoring, and reconciliation of customer accounts and receivable transactions. The position handles billing and invoicing, account reconciliation, and preparation of Accounts Receivable aging and related reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare customer invoices and billings and upload scanned Sales Invoices (SI) in SAP Business One
• Check and monitor VAT zero-rating documents from clients
• Validate monthly Sales Reports
• Prepare and update daily and monthly Sales Registers
• Assist the Team Leader in recording receivables and performing account reconciliation
• Address and resolve billing discrepancies and customer disputes
• Facilitate semi-monthly Sales meetings and provide Accounts Receivable updates and concerns
• Serve as a reliever for the Team Leader when needed
• Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Accountancy or a related accounting field
• With 1–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in Accounts Receivable
• Knowledgeable in Accounts Receivable processes, accounting principles, and financial reporting
• Familiar with SAP and MS Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage billing and receivable transactions accurately
• Willing to work onsite in Molino, Bacoor, Cavite
