Job summary

Fairyskin Beauty Products Corporation is seeking an Accounting Assistant to support daily sales and order recording from our e-commerce platforms, including Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and our official website.

You will assist with sales and inventory reconciliation, monitor RTS orders, and work closely with the Accounting, Sales, and Warehouse E-commerce teams to ensure accurate records and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, inventory, or e-commerce is an advantage.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and basic accounting principles.
• Detail-oriented, organized and accurate in data entry and reconciliation.
• Good analytical and communication skills.

• Encode and maintain daily sales and order records from Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and the website.
• Assist in sales and inventory reconciliation and monitor RTS orders.

Job Description:

The Accounting Assistant will be responsible for accurately encoding and maintaining daily sales and order records from the company’s e-commerce platforms, including Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and the official website. The position will also assist in sales and inventory reconciliation, including the monitoring and reconciliation of Return to Seller (RTS) orders, in coordination with the Accounting, Sales, and Warehouse E-commerce Departments.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.


• With relevant experience in accounting, bookkeeping, inventory, or e-commerce is an advantage.


• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and basic accounting principles.


• Detail-oriented, organized, and accurate in data entry and reconciliation.


• Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.


• Trustworthy and able to handle confidential records.


• Willing to perform other duties as assigned by Management.
