Job summary

TOA Global in the Philippines is seeking an Accountant Reliever to provide essential operational and technical support across accounting engagements during leaves, transitions, or high-volume periods.

You will apply solid accounting principles to ensure continuous service delivery, accurate financial recordkeeping, and seamless support across diverse client portfolios without disruption to day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in PH accounting.
• Bachelor's/College degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or equivalent.
• Strong grasp of Philippine accounting practices and accounting administration skills.
• Proactive approach, high attention to detail and strong organizational discipline.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting tasks and financial recordkeeping during staff absences or transitions.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly accounting tasks with accuracy and timeliness.
• Identify bottlenecks and apply technology to streamline workflows.
• Maintain high accuracy in reconciliation, data entry and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and offshore partners to deliver reliable financial support.

As an Accountant Reliever, you will provide vital operational and technical support across accounting engagements during periods of leave, transition, or high volume. In this role, you will apply your solid foundation in accounting principles to ensure continuous service delivery, accurate financial recordkeeping, and seamless support across diverse client portfolios without disruption to day-to-day operations.

Your Impact

• Coverage & Operations: Manage end-to-end accounting tasks, financial recordkeeping, and reporting functions to seamlessly cover active accounts during staff absences or transitions.
• Process Execution: Perform daily, weekly, and monthly accounting administrative tasks with accuracy, adherence to timelines, and strict compliance standards.
• Proactive Problem Solving: Identify operational bottlenecks and apply modern technology solutions to streamline accounting workflows and enhance productivity.
• Quality & Accuracy: Maintain high precision in reconciliation, data entry, and documentation to safeguard financial integrity across assigned tasks.
• Stakeholder Support: Collaborate with internal teams and offshore partners to maintain clear communication and deliver dependable financial support services.

What You Bring

• The Experience: At least 2 years of working experience in PH accounting
• The Credentials: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or equivalent.
