Overview

Account Sales Manager / 5 years experience in Packaging Designs – Dempsey Resource Management Inc. On-site – Quezon City. 5-10 yrs exp. Full-time.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
• Utilize graphic or digital art design to increase brand attraction
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors
• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
• Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
• Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions; those who worked in packaging design companies will be an advantage
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and lasting client relationships
• Willing to be assigned in Cebu or Metro Manila

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in business administration, sales, marketing, engineering, or relevant field
• Proven work experience as a digital account manager, brand manager, key account manager, marketing officer, sales account manager, or relevant role
• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all organizational levels, including executive and c-level

Location

On-site – Quezon City. Willing to be assigned in Cebu and Metro Manila.
