Job summary

BAYAD CENTER, the leading over-the-counter bill payment network, is seeking an Account Manager to build and sustain strong client relationships, drive revenue growth, and coordinate with marketing programs. The role requires 2+ years in account management or sales and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

The candidate should excel in planning, organization, and communication, with an analytical mindset and proficiency in MS Office. Banking/fintech exposure is a plus for this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in account management, sales, or marketing.
• Strong planning, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Analytical and numerical proficiency.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Understanding of customer service and account management processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or equivalent tools.
• Experience in fintech, banking, or digital services is a plus.
