Job summary

Sta. Lucia Land, Inc. is seeking a customer accounts specialist to handle clients’ concerns related to account transactions, payments, and requests. The role covers a designated project of 4-5 projects serving 800-1000 clients, with a focus on managing all collection-related matters for buyers.

The ideal candidate has a 4-year business degree and at least 1 year in accounting, with strong communication and organizational skills. The position is based in Cainta, Rizal Province.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year business course.
• At least 1 year experience in accounting related work.
• Ability to think quickly and logically to respond to customer inquiries.
• Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
• Patience and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Willing to be assigned in Cainta office.

You will be given a designated project assignment ranging from 4-5 projects consisting of 800-1000 clients. You will manage all collection related concerns of the buyer.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of any 4-year business course
• At least one (1) year experience in Accounting related work
• Has the ability to think quickly and logically to ensure expedient response to customer inquiries
• Has strong organizational skills
• Has the ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and in writing
• Has patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
• Has the ability to work well under pressure/courteous
• Willing to be assigned in Cainta office
