Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals
Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation, design, development, testing, to launch
Translate product strategy into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Manage and prioritize product backlog in coordination with Agile/Scrum teams
Act as primary liaison with stakeholders to align on product direction, features, and priorities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, analytics, marketing, and operations
Develop and execute go-to-market plans in coordination with marketing and sales teams
Monitor product performance post-launch using data and customer insights to drive improvements
Ensure delivery of product capabilities within agreed scope, timeline, and budget
Continuously analyze customer behavior and market trends to identify product enhancement opportunities
Maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date product documentation and project artifacts
Graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Management, and/or other related courses.
At least three 3 years working experience in Product Management and/or Product Development (Auxiliary Services such as Buy Load, Cash-in/Cash-out, Remittance, Insurance/Micro Insurance, and other auxiliary services)
Strong knowledge of the Secure System Development Life Cycle (SSDLC) and methods of development such as Agile Scrum and Waterfall, including its principles and processes.
Has a balance of technical knowledge and business acumen
Proactive, self-starter with excellent project management skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment
High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability
Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
In-depth understanding of industry market conditions and trends
Preferably with background in Auxiliary services is a plus, such as Buy Load, Cash-in/Cash-out, Remittance, Insurance/Micro Insurance, and other auxiliary services.
