Job summary

BDO Network Bank is seeking an Account Officer for the Salary Loans Group to drive the acquisition of quality Non-DepEd Salary loan accounts and ensure the sales quota is achieved.

The role requires strategic selling and negotiation skills with at least 3 years of related experience and familiarity with Salary Loan products. Willingness to be assigned in Maddela, Quirino is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree Holder / Graduate of any 4-year or 5-year degree course.
• Must have direct experience in sales and marketing (strategic selling and negotiation skills).
• At least 3 years of work experience in the related field is required.
• Must be familiar with Salary Loan Products.
• Willing to be assigned in Maddela Quirino.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and accredit potential Non-DepEd Institutions that can be accommodated and offered with our Salary Loan Product and other BDONB Products.
• Generate quality Non-DepEd Salary Loan accounts and ensuring that sales quota is met.
• Establish and maintain good business relationships with the Heads of Institutions, Department Heads, HR Heads, Payroll In-charges and other key personnel.
• Handle inquiries and concerns of internal and external clients and serves as liaison with other units in the resolution of operational or service issues.
