Job summary

BDO Network Bank, the community bank subsidiary of BDO Unibank, seeks an Account Officer for Salary Loans Group based in Laoag, Ilocos Norte. You will drive the acquisition of Non-DepEd Salary loan accounts and help ensure sales quotas are achieved, while building strong relationships with HR Heads, payroll personnel, and institutional decision-makers.

• Direct experience in sales and marketing, with strategic selling and negotiation skills.
• At least 3 years of work experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential Non-DepEd institutions for Salary Loan products.
• Generate quality Salary Loan accounts and meet sales quota.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key institutional contacts (HR, Payroll).
• Handle inquiries and coordinate with other units to resolve issues.

Job Summary

The Account Officer for Salary Loans Group is responsible for generating quality Non DepEd Salary loan accounts and ensuring that sales quota is met.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and accredit potential Non-DepEd Institutions that can be accommodated and offered with our Salary Loan Product and other BDONB Products.
• Generate quality Non-DepEd Salary Loan accounts and ensuring that sales quota is met.
• Establish and maintain good business relationship with the Head of the Institutions, Department Heads , HR Head , Payroll In-charge and other key personnel.
• Handle inquiries and concerns of internal and external clients and serves as liaison with other units in the resolution of operational or service issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree Holder / Graduate of any 4-year or 5-year degree course
• Must have direct experience in sales and marketing (strategic selling and negotiation skills)
• At least 3 years of work experience in the related field is required
• Must be familiar with Salary Loan Products
• Willing to be assigned in Laoag, Ilocos Norte
