Job summary

BDO Unibank is seeking an Account Officer for the Salary Loans Group to generate quality Non-DepEd Salary loan accounts and help meet sales quotas. The role involves identifying potential institutions, building strong relationships with HR and payroll heads, and coordinating with internal units to resolve issues.

The position is based in Solano, Nueva Vizcaya, Philippines. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years in sales or marketing, with familiarity of Salary Loan

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder in any 4- or 5-year program.
• Direct experience in sales and marketing with strategic selling.
• At least 3 years in the related field.
• Familiar with Salary Loan products.

Responsibilities

• Identify and accredit potential Non-DepEd institutions for Salary Loan products.
• Generate high-quality Non-DepEd Salary Loan accounts to meet sales quota.
• Establish and maintain relationships with Heads of institutions and HR/Payroll contacts.
• Handle inquiries and coordinate with units to resolve service issues.

Job Summary

The Account Officer for Salary Loans Group is responsible for generating quality Non DepEd Salary loan accounts and ensuring that sales quota is met.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and accredit potential Non-DepEd Institutions that can be accommodated and offered with our Salary Loan Product and other BDONB Products.
• Generate quality Non-DepEd Salary Loan accounts and ensuring that sales quota is met.
• Establish and maintain good business relationship with the Head of the Institutions, Department Heads , HR Head , Payroll In-charge and other key personnel.
• Handle inquiries and concerns of internal and external clients and serves as liaison with other units in the resolution of operational or service issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree Holder / Graduate of any 4-year or 5-year degree course
• Must have direct experience in sales and marketing (strategic selling and negotiation skills)
• At least 3 years of work experience in the related field is required
• Must be familiar with Salary Loan Products
• Willing to be assigned in Solano Nueva Vizcaya
