BDO Unibank, Inc., through BDO Network Bank, is seeking an Account Officer for the Salary Loans Group in the Maddela Quirino area to grow Non-DepEd Salary loan accounts and achieve sales targets. You will manage relationships with institutional leaders and coordinate with internal teams to deliver the Salary Loan product and related BDONB offerings.

• Bachelor's degree in any 4-year or 5-year program.
• Direct experience in sales and marketing (strategic selling and negotiation skills).
• At least 3 years of work experience in the related field.
• Familiar with Salary Loan Products.
• Willing to be assigned in Maddela Quirino area.

Job Summary

The Account Officer for Salary Loans Group is responsible for generating quality Non DepEd Salary loan accounts and ensuring that sales quota is met.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and accredit potential Non-DepEd Institutions that can be accommodated and offered with our Salary Loan Product and other BDONB Products.
• Generate quality Non-DepEd Salary Loan accounts and ensuring that sales quota is met.
• Establish and maintain good business relationship with the Head of the Institutions, Department Heads , HR Head , Payroll In-charge and other key personnel.
• Handle inquiries and concerns of internal and external clients and serves as liaison with other units in the resolution of operational or service issues.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree Holder / Graduate of any 4-year or 5-year degree course

Must have direct experience in sales and marketing (strategic selling and negotiation skills)

At least 3 years of work experience in the related field is required

Must be familiar with Salary Loan Products

• Willing to be assigned in Maddela Quirino area
