Job summary

BDO Network Bank, the community bank subsidiary of BDO Unibank, is seeking an Account Officer for the Salary Loans Group. The role targets loan volume growth while maintaining profitability and sound credit quality, and requires delivering excellent customer service.

Key duties include generating quality Salary Loan accounts to meet sales quotas, building strong relations with DepEd school principals, teachers and employees, identifying new clients for production-related activities, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any 4- or 5-year program.
• Direct sales and marketing experience required (strategic selling and negotiation skills).
• At least 3 years of work experience in related field.
• Familiar with Salary Loan Products.

The Account Officer for Salary Loans Group is responsible for achieving loan volume targets while maintaining profitability, sound credit quality, and good customer ser-vice.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate quality Salary Loan accounts and ensure that sales quota is met
• Establish and maintain good business relationship with DepEd School Principals, Teachers and Employees
• Identify potential clients that can be tapped for production related activities.
• Handle inquiries and concerns of internal and external clients, and serve as liaison with other units in the resolution of operational or service issues

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree Holder / Graduate of any 4-year or 5-year degree course
• Must have direct experience in sales and marketing (strategic selling and negotiation skills)
• At least 3 years of work experience in the related field is required
• Must be familiar with Salary Loan Products
