Job summary

Apex Group is seeking an Account Manager for Transfer Agency (Dealing) based in Manila, Philippines. You will manage client relationships for assigned funds, coordinate transfer agency activities, and ensure timely delivery of shareholder services including onboarding, subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and reporting.

You will work with global teams to meet regulatory requirements (AML/KYC, FATCA/CRS) and service level agreements, driving client satisfaction and retention while supporting

Qualifications

• Experience with AML/KYC and FATCA/CRS reporting.
• Ability to review US tax forms (W-9, W-8BEN, W-8IMY).
• Strong client-facing communication and relationship management.
• Proficiency with MS Office and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for assigned clients (hedge funds, private equity funds).
• Maintain strong client relationships through regular reviews.
• Oversee transfer agency activities including onboarding, subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and shareholders records maintenance.
• Ensure SLAs and KPIs are met and reported.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve processing, reconciliation, and reporting issues.
• Support fund launches, mergers, and lifecycle events.
