Job summary

Apex Group is seeking an Account Manager – Transfer Agency in Manila to manage client relationships for fund clients, oversee transfer agency activities, and ensure timely delivery of services. You will coordinate with internal teams to meet SLAs, respond to inquiries, and support life cycle events such as launches and mergers.

The role requires knowledge of AML/KYC, FATCA/CRS, and experience with regulatory reporting.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of AML guidance for multiple jurisdictions (e.g., Cayman, Delaware, Australia, Ireland, Bermuda).
• Experience with screening tools such as World-Check, Pythagoras, LexisNexis.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned clients like Hedge funds and Private Equity Funds.
• Maintain strong client relationships through regular communications and reviews.
