Job summary

Apex Group Ltd (UK Branch) Manila is seeking an Account Manager – Transfer Agency to manage client relationships for fund management clients, ensuring timely delivery of transfer agency services and regulatory compliance. You will coordinate onboarding, investor processing, and reporting while driving client satisfaction.

You will liaise with global teams to meet AML/KYC requirements, oversee daily activities, and support new fund launches, mergers, and regulatory updates.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of AML guidance for multiple jurisdictions (Cayman, Delaware, Australia, Ireland, Bermuda).
• Experience with screening tools such as World Check, Pythagoras or Lexus-Nexus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; strong presentation skills are a plus.
• Experience with FATCA/CRS reporting and reviewing US tax forms (W-9, W-8BEN, W-8IMY).
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to keep records in good order and perform remediation as per risk rating.
• Able to work independently and in teams as required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned clients and manage relationships.
• Coordinate onboarding, subscriptions, redemptions, and shareholder records.
• Ensure SLA/KPI compliance and timely client reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve processing, reconciliation, and reporting issues.
• Support client launches, mergers, and lifecycle events.
• Participate in client reviews and governance meetings.
• Monitor regulatory updates and risk controls related to AML/KYC requirements.
