Job summary

The role requires executing day-to-day TA Dealing operations from the Philippines GCC, ensuring accurate transaction processing, regulatory compliance, and timely delivery, while collaborating with a global team and contributing to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in Transfer Agency / Investor Services is required.
• 1–5 years of relevant experience in TA operations.
• Exposure to TA processes and interaction with related functions.

Responsibilities

• Process financial and non-financial transactions in line with client and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of transaction processing.
• Maintain investor and client documentation with a complete audit trail.
• Identify and resolve operational issues within defined procedures.
• Support business initiatives and ad‑hoc requirements as needed.
• Follow established process controls and governance standards.
