Job summary

Promax International Corporation is seeking an Account Manager to lead relationship management with customers in the Philippines. You will serve as the primary contact, ensuring delivery aligned with customer needs while presenting field-based engagements as required.

You will develop trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders, forecast account metrics, and collaborate with the sales team to drive growth within the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biotechnology, chemistry, science technology, food technology or equivalent.
• Willing to be in field for client presentations as requested.
• Ability to identify market potential of qualified accounts.
• Completes related tasks and results as needed.
• Team player.

Responsibilities

• Function as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your customers.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders and execute.
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external clients.
• Forecast and track account metrics.
• Recognize and grow opportunities within the territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment.
• Assist with high-severity requests or issue escalations as needed.
• Utilize contract negotiating expertise in assigned accounts.
• Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
