As an Account Manager, you’ll drive sales growth by achieving targeted volume and revenue goals while building strong, lasting relationships with clients. You’ll play a key role in expanding existing accounts, encouraging repeat and replicated business, and uncovering new opportunities. By consistently delivering a high level of service and client satisfaction, you’ll help strengthen partnerships, support business growth, and create long-term value for both clients and the organization.
Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, maintaining strong and lasting relationships.
Develop long-term logistics strategies that align with each client’s business and supply chain goals.
Ensure all service agreements are executed in full compliance with contract terms.
Lead contract renewals, scope changes, and commercial discussions in coordination with relevant teams.
Drive revenue growth through strategic account planning and solution selling.
Monitor client P&L, identify margin improvement opportunities, and manage costs related to service delivery.
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with Operations to enhance service delivery.
Coordinate with Operations to ensure service levels meet or exceed client expectations.
Serve as the escalation point for client issues, resolving them promptly and effectively.
Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities to increase wallet share within existing accounts.
Support solution design and proposal development for new or expanded services.
Oversee the smooth onboarding of new clients, ensuring operational and system readiness.
Align implementation timelines and deliverables with internal project teams.
Prepare performance reports and dashboards with data‑driven insights on SLAs and KPIs.
Translate operational data into actionable recommendations for client improvement.
Lead initiatives that enhance processes, reduce costs, and improve service quality.
Collaborate with Lean or Process Excellence teams to introduce innovative solutions.
Work closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Shared Services to deliver seamless client support.
Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
Prepare for contract renewals by evaluating performance and client satisfaction.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation or contingency plans to protect profitability.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client developments that may impact performance.
