Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with assigned clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all account matters.
• Develop strategic plans to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and growth, identifying new business opportunities and collaborating with sales/marketing teams.
• Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and address concerns to ensure high satisfaction.
• Gain deep product/service knowledge to effectively communicate their value and benefits to clients.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, collaborating with sales teams to generate additional business within existing accounts.
• Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and amendments as needed.
• Track and analyze account performance metrics, providing regular reports to drive strategy and decision-making.
• Handle client issues, escalating complex problems to appropriate teams for resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, customer support, etc.) to deliver excellent service and solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to provide valuable insights to clients and improve services.
• Proactively manage client satisfaction and retention by addressing potential issues before they arise.
• Perform administrative tasks like maintaining records and managing client correspondence.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by management.
