Job summary

Tradewings Tours & Travel Corp. in Cebu invites an Account Executive - Visayas to drive travel agent relations, present updates, and close sales across FIT, Group and MICE segments. You will support sales and marketing initiatives and attend meetings with the Sales Team.

You will monitor accounts, update agent databases, and travel with arranged groups when needed, contributing to meeting annual quotas and helping shape market strategies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales calls and product updates to travel agents within Visayas
• Establish rapport with the agents and attend to their FIT, Group and MICE booking requirements
• Assist the Company in formulating Sales & Marketing strategies
• Assist the Company in other special projects (product update events, special promotions for agents, etc.)
• Assist Operations in handling requirements of the travel agencies
• Conducts market research on travel trends in the industry
• Update the team on the trends in the market and industry
• Assist the in-charge for visa processing when necessary
• Conduct/attend weekly meetings with the Sales Team
• Submit sales call plan and report every week to Management and Sales Team
• Monitor respective accounts and address client concerns
• Update agent database incl. but not limited to address, e-mail, company logo, birthday, etc.
• Ensure achievement of annual quota given to the team
• Submits a monthly area production report to the Sales Manager
• Acts as officer-in-charge in the absence of the Sales Manager, whenever required
• Report directly to the Sales Manager
• May travel with arranged groups from time to time (passport required)
• Other responsibilities as required from time to time
