Job summary

Yatari Express Philippines Inc. is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business, acquire and manage clients, and promote freight forwarding and logistics services. You will build long-term relationships and conduct client visits as needed.

The ideal candidate has strong sales abilities, at least 3 years in sales (preferably freight/logistics), excellent communication and negotiation skills, and willingness to travel to meet clients. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Customs, or a related field.
• Must have good sales skills and a strong ability to acquire and develop clients.
• At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in freight forwarding, logistics, shipping, or a related industry.
• Applicants with an existing client base or established network of potential customers are highly preferred.
• Candidates without an existing client base may still apply, provided they have strong sales skills and years of relevant sales experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to conduct client visits and travel when required.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with the operations and other internal teams.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients in the freight forwarding and logistics industry.
• Promote and present the company’s logistics and freight forwarding services to prospective clients.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.
• Conduct client visits, sales calls, meetings, and presentations as needed.
• Prepare and provide quotations and proposals based on clients’ shipment and logistics requirements.
• Coordinate closely with the operations team to ensure clients’ shipment requirements are properly handled.
