Job summary

Interfreight Group in Parañaque is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to grow our freight forwarding portfolio. You will build client relationships, present services, and drive new business in a competitive market.

The role requires 2–3 years of sales experience in logistics, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently or with a team to meet targets. This position offers a competitive salary, a commission scheme, 13th month pay, HMO, and meals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.
• Proven sales experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain.
• Minimum of 2–3 years in sales.
• Freight forwarding or logistics industry experience is mandatory.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Must have an account ready for endorsement upon hiring.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities in the freight forwarding sector.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
• Present and promote company services to potential clients.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-up on leads.
• Coordinate with operations and other departments to ensure client needs are met.
• Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
