Job summary

Arrowhead Logistics Services, a domestic freight forwarder based in Binondo, Manila, seeks an Account Executive to grow and retain client relationships across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao for FCL/LCL shipments.

You will prospect importers and manufacturers, build quotations, manage a pipeline in Excel or a CRM, and coordinate with pricing and operations to secure bookings while maintaining primary client contact from pickup to delivery.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in domestic freight forwarding sales or account management.
• Hands-on FCL and LCL experience on Philippine lanes.
• Clear English and Filipino, spoken and written.
• Able to manage a pipeline in Excel or a simple CRM.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or equivalent sales experience.
• Valid driver's license and willing to do field calls in Metro Manila.
• Based in or able to report to Binondo.

Responsibilities

• Prospect importers, manufacturers, traders, dealers, and project shippers moving cargo between Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
• Prepare domestic FCL and LCL quotations covering selling rates, origin/destination charges, transit time, and validity.
• Run a pipeline through calls, emails, and client visits, with a weekly activity report.
• Convert approved quotes into bookings and pass complete details to operations.
• Stay the client's contact from pickup through arrival and delivery.
• Protect existing accounts by checking volume, service issues, and upcoming shipments.
• Coordinate with pricing and operations on rates, space, and exceptions.
