Job summary

CEL Logistics, Inc. in Manila is seeking a Sales/Business Development professional to identify and secure new clients for international and domestic air and sea freight forwarding services.

You will expand existing accounts, cross-sell services, and conduct market research to spot opportunities across target industries. Build relationships with logistics decision-makers, prepare tailored proposals, and help achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining up-to-date records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or any business related course.
• Preferably 2 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics as sales executive/agent.
• Strong knowledge of international logistics, customs procedures, and trade regulations.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Existing network of logistics clients (importers/exporters) is highly desirable.
• Must be willing to travel extensively for client meetings.
• Willing to work in Malate, Manila.
• Monday to Friday (8:30AM to 5:30 PM).

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new clients for international and domestic air and sea freight forwarding services.
• Develop and expand business within existing accounts by cross-selling other services.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities in target industries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with logistics decision-makers (importers/exporters, manufacturers, traders).
• Prepare and deliver customized proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and issue resolution.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records.
• Attend client meetings, industry events, and trade exhibitions to generate leads.
• Provide timely feedback on customer requirements and service gaps.
