Pronto Distribution Group is seeking a Food Service Account Developer to cover a route in Pangasinan and La Union, visiting hotels, restaurants, cafes, and resorts. You will secure orders, ensure brand visibility, and aim to hit monthly targets using a motorcycle for daily field work.

The role emphasizes building client relationships, cross-selling products, and maintaining CRM-based records while staying current on market trends.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any course; culinary background is a plus.
• Fresh graduates welcome; non-culinary grads need 1 year in food industry.
• Strong negotiation skills and excellent communication.
• Basic math for order computations.
• Valid Driver's License (Restriction 1 or 2).
• Ownership of a motorcycle.
• Willing to perform field work daily in all weather and meet physical demands.

Responsibilities

About the role

The Food Service Account Developer will visit food service sector clients (hotels, restaurants, cafes, and resorts) within an assigned route to secure product orders, ensure brand visibility, and hit monthly sales targets. This role involves conducting daily sales routes using a motorcycle covering territories within Pangasinan and La Union, managing a territory and ensuring products are the first thing customers see when they walk into a store.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, pitch products or services, and close deals with new clients




• Analyze client needs to cross-sell and upsell complementary products, maximizing account value and customer retention




• Build long-term partnerships by conducting regular client meetings, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction




• Prepare sales reports, forecast revenue, and maintain accurate records of client interactions, typically utilizing CRM software




• Keep up to date on market trends and competitor activity, and collaborate with marketing teams to maximize outreach efforts

About you

• Graduate of any course (Culinary-related course graduate is a plus)
