Pronto Distribution Group is seeking a Food Service Account Developer to visit hotels, restaurants, cafes, and resorts along an assigned route in Pangasinan and La Union to secure orders, ensure brand visibility, and hit monthly sales targets.

Fresh graduates are welcome; non-culinary graduates must have at least one year in the food industry. A valid motorcycle license and ownership of a bike are required, with paid training and opportunities for promotion.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any course (Culinary-related course graduate is a plus).
• Fresh graduates are welcome; non-culinary graduates must have at least 1 year of experience in the food industry.
• Strong negotiation skills, basic math for order computations, and excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, pitch products or services, and close deals with new clients
• Analyze client needs to cross-sell and upsell complementary products, maximizing account value and customer retention
• Build long-term partnerships by conducting regular client meetings, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Prepare sales reports, forecast revenue, and maintain accurate records of client interactions, typically utilizing CRM software
• Keep up to date on market trends and competitor activity, and collaborate with marketing teams to maximize outreach efforts

About the role

The Food Service Account Developer will visit food service sector clients (hotels, restaurants, cafes, and resorts) within an assigned route to secure product orders, ensure brand visibility, and hit monthly sales targets. This role involves conducting daily sales routes using a motorcycle covering territories within Pangasinan and La Union, managing a territory and ensuring products are visible to customers.

Key responsibilities

About you
