Job summary

HUMMINGCOMM CORPORATION in the Philippines is seeking an Acceptance Engineer / Document Management specialist to lead region-based acceptance tasks, define procedures, and prepare acceptance documents for review and billing.

Requires a degree in Engineering, Business, Administration/Archives Management or equivalent, 1+ year in acceptance or document management, familiarity with Globe MW, strong English and communication skills, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Business, Administration/Archives Management or equivalent.
• More than 1 year of experience in acceptance engineering or document management.
• Familiar with Globe MW work.
• Experience in quality management and document management is preferred; Globe acceptance system experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong English proficiency.
• Must own a laptop and be willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Acceptance tasks per region and define project acceptance procedures and formats.
• Collect and prepare the acceptance document; follow up the approval process.
• Collect and prepare the billing document; ensure timely processing.
• Document quality control and systematize document collection, scanning, and conservation.
• Manage document read permissions and propagation permissions.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for acceptance, and completes acceptance task KPIs per region.
• Define project acceptance procedure & document standard & document format; Collect and prepare the acceptance document;
• Follow up the progress of the acceptance document approval;
• Collect and prepare the billing document;
• Document quality control;
• Document collection, systemize, scanning, conservation
• Manage document read permissions & propagation permissions

Requirement:

• Degree in Engineering, Business, Administration/ Archives Management or equivalent;
• More than 1 year experience in acceptance engineer or document management;
• Familiar with Globe MW work;
• Experience in quality management, document management, and acceptance management is preferred; with Globe acceptance system experience is an advantage
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills;

• Clear regulations, strong document editing ability, organization, and communication ability;
• Must own a laptop
