Job summary

Hummingcomm Corporation in Tacloban is seeking an Acceptance Engineer (Telecommunications) with 1–3 years of experience for an on-site, full-time role. You will be responsible for acceptance tasks, defining procedures, and preparing acceptance and billing documents.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Administration/Archives Management or equivalent, with strong communication and document editing skills. Globe acceptance system experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Business, Administration/ Archives Management or equivalent.
• More than 1 year experience in acceptance engineer or document management.
• Experience in quality management, document management, and acceptance management is preferred; Globe acceptance system experience is an advantage.
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Clear regulations, strong document editing ability, organization, and communication ability.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for acceptance, and completes acceptance task KPIs per region.
• Define project acceptance procedure & document standard & document format; Collect and prepare the acceptance document;
• Follow up the progress of the acceptance document approval;
• Collect and prepare the billing document.
