Job summary

Elabram Systems, Inc. is seeking an Acceptance Engineer to manage acceptance tasks across regions, define procedures, collect and prepare acceptance and billing documents, and ensure timely approvals. The role requires strong document control skills and effective communication.

The position involves work in Cebu and Ilo-ilo with in-person duties, a Monday–Saturday work week, and extended hours. A degree in a related field and experience in document management are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Administration/ Archives Management or equivalent.
• At least more than 1 year experience in acceptance engineer or document management.
• Experience in quality management, document management, and acceptance management is preferred; with Globe acceptance system experience is an advantage
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in English language
• Clear regulations, strong document editing ability, organization, and communication ability
• Work Assignment: Cebu and Ilo-ilo
• Willing to work from Mondays-Saturdays and extended hours

Responsibilities

• Responsible for acceptance, and completes acceptance task KPIs per region.
• Define project acceptance procedure & document standard & document format; Collect and prepare the acceptance document;
• Follow up the progress of the acceptance document approval;
• Collect and prepare the billing document;
• Document quality control;
• Document collection, systemize, scanning, conservation
• Manage document read permissions & propagation permissions
