Job summary

Globe Telecom seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee complex programs, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget. The role emphasizes governance, stakeholder engagement, and the adaptation of predictive and agile approaches as needed.

You will lead a functional team, manage resources and risks, and coordinate with multiple departments to achieve strategic business outcomes for Globe's initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in project management or program management.
• Solid in project/program management methodologies and tools.
• Proven track record of executing large-scale projects/programs (>$10Mn).
• Solid understanding of technologies to manage dependencies.
• Experience in predictive project management; Agile experience is optional.
• Understanding of interfaces and end-to-end requirements to manage tooling, automation, analytics.
• Bachelor's Degree in any related field.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a standard approach for project management.
• Start up and initiate project and manage stakeholder engagement.
• Develop and maintain project plan, manage resources/work packages.
• Monitor and control projects and manage project quality and risks.
• Close a project or iteration.
• Develop detailed resource support/technical/operational specs & manuals.
• Identify and develop required processes & procedures for resources.
• Develop service & operational agreements for resources.
• Gain service & operational agreements approval for resources.
• Produce supporting documentation & training packages for resources.
• Manage resource process & procedure implementation.
• Manage resource operational staff training.
• Develop resource supplier/partner operational support.
• Manage resource acceptance testing.
• Manage resource capability delivery and ensure capability quality.
• Configure, implement, activate resources.
• Lead a functional team of project managers.

Job Description

The management of projects, typically (but not exclusively) involving the development and implementation of business processes to meet identified business needs, acquiring and utilizing the necessary resources and skills, within agreed parameters of cost, timescales, and quality. The adoption and adaptation of project management methodologies based on the context of the project and selecting appropriately from predictive (plan-driven) approaches or adaptive (iterative/agile) approaches.

Requirements

• Experience in predictive project management. Experience in agile project management is optional
• Understanding of interfaces and E2E requirements to manage and leverage Tooling, Automation, Analytics
• Bachelor's Degree in any related field
