Job Overview

ZTE Philippines Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and technically competent Acceptance Engineer to support wireless network projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting and managing site acceptance activities, ensuring that site construction and equipment installation meet project standards and customer requirements, particularly for Globe Telecom projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure familiarity and compliance with wireless site construction and equipment installation standards, including civil works, power, grounding, and RF installation.
• Organize and coordinate on-site acceptance activities involving customers, contractors, and internal project delivery teams.
• Participate in site acceptance inspections, verifying that construction works and equipment installations comply with approved acceptance criteria and technical specifications.
• Identify, track, and drive the rectification of non-conformities related to site construction or equipment installation.
• Collect, review, and organize acceptance documentation, including checklists, photos, punch lists, and as-built documents.
• Monitor and follow up on customer acceptance reviews, ensuring timely resolution of documentation and compliance issues.
• Provide regular status updates and reports to project and engineering teams.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in wireless site acceptance, site construction, or equipment installation for telecom projects.
• Must have Globe Telecom site acceptance experience, preferably from Huawei or Nokia projects.
• Strong knowledge of wireless site standards, acceptance procedures, and quality requirements.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple site acceptance activities simultaneously.
• Willing to work on-site and be deployed in Visayas as required by the project.
