Job summary

RemoteVA is seeking an ABA Intake Specialist to support onboarding for clients receiving Applied Behavior Analysis services. The ideal candidate is warm, organized, and highly collaborative, with excellent English communication and strong attention to documentation, scheduling, and client interactions.

You will manage intake from start to finish, coordinate evaluations, schedule staff sessions, maintain records, and ensure a positive experience for families in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Warm, positive, and empathetic communication style.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in intake or client coordination is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the client intake and onboarding process from start to finish.
• Communicate with clients regarding required documentation and next steps.
• Collect, review, submit, and track documents for approval.
• Coordinate and schedule client evaluations and assessments with the appropriate parties.
• Schedule and reschedule staff sessions as needed.
• Communicate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and scheduling.
• Respond to a high volume of emails and client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records and track the status of each client.
• Follow up on outstanding documentation, approvals, and appointments.
• Provide a warm, positive, and supportive experience for clients and families.
