You will coordinate evaluations, track documents, and provide a positive experience for families. This is a remote position with standard business hours (9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST) and offers

ABA Intake Specialist

We are seeking a warm, organized, and highly collaborative Intake Specialist to support the onboarding process for clients receiving Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who can manage documentation, scheduling, and client communication in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in ABA, behavioral health, healthcare, or a related field
• Experience with scheduling, client onboarding, or insurance/documentation processes
• Spanish-speaking skills are a plus
