Job summary

RemoteVA seeks an ABA Intake Specialist to support onboarding for clients receiving ABA services. You will manage documentation, scheduling, and client communication in a fast-paced environment, ensuring a warm, organized, and collaborative experience for families.

Responsibilities include guiding clients through intake, coordinating evaluations, maintaining records, and handling a high volume of inquiries with professionalism.

• Schedule and reschedule staff sessions as needed
• Communicate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and scheduling
• Respond to a high volume of emails and client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate records and track the status of each client
• Follow up on outstanding documentation, approvals, and appointments
• Provide a warm, positive, and supportive experience for clients and families

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an Intake Specialist or in a similar administrative/client coordination role
• Experience in ABA, behavioral health, healthcare, or a related field
• Experience with scheduling, client onboarding, or insurance/documentation processes
• Spanish-speaking skills are a plus
