RemoteVA is seeking an ABA Intake Specialist to support onboarding for clients receiving Applied Behavior Analysis services. The ideal candidate is warm, organized, and highly collaborative, with excellent English communication and strong attention to documentation, scheduling, and client interactions.

You will manage intake from start to finish, coordinate evaluations, schedule staff sessions, maintain records, and ensure a positive experience for families in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with scheduling, client onboarding, or insurance/documentation processes
• Spanish-speaking skills are a plus
