Qualifications

• 5+ years in fitness center and spa operations at a luxury property.
• Experience developing comprehensive marketing plans for fitness/spa.
• Dynamic leader with strong communication and decision-making skills.
• This role is open to local candidates with valid working rights in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the fitness center and spa.
• Manage operations of fitness center, swimming pool, recreational facilities, spa, sauna and therapy areas.
• Provide leadership in guest hospitality and exceptional customer service.
• Create, coordinate and market fitness programs and spa promotions; ensure staff training.
