Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a well-experienced Fitness Center and Spa Manager in Manila to oversee the day-to-day operations of the fitness center and spa, ensuring exceptional guest service and a premium wellness experience.

The role requires leadership in managing facilities, marketing fitness programs and spa promotions, and coaching staff to deliver a high standard of hospitality within a luxury property environment.

Qualifications

• 5 years of progressive experience in fitness center and spa operations within a 5-star luxury property.
• Experience developing comprehensive marketing plans and initiatives to drive performance of the Fitness Center and Spa Department.
• Dynamic leader with superior communication, interpersonal and decision-making skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the fitness center and spa and related facilities.
• Manage operations of the fitness center, swimming pool, recreational facilities, spa, sauna and therapy areas.
• Provide leadership in guest hospitality, deliver excellent customer service, and foster a positive guest relations atmosphere.
• Create, coordinate and market fitness programs and spa promotions; ensure staff receive relevant training and coaching.

We are looking for a well-experienced Fitness Center and Spa Manager who will oversee the day-to-day operations of the fitness center and spa.

In this role, you will manage the operations of the fitness center, swimming pool, recreational facilities, spa, sauna and therapy areas. You will display leadership in guest hospitality, exemplify excellent customer service, and create a positive atmosphere for guest relations. You will be responsible for creating, coordinating, and marketing fitness programs and spa promotions while ensuring that all associates undergo relevant training and coaching so they can successfully perform their job.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates must meet the following criteria:

A local candidate with progressive experience in fitness center and spa operations gained over the last 5 years in a 5-star luxury property

With experience in developing comprehensive marketing plans and initiatives to drive maximum performance of the Fitness Center and Spa Department

A dynamic leader with superior communication, interpersonal and decision-making skills

This position is open to local candidates or Philippine passport holder with valid working rights.
