You will oversee scheduling, inventory, budgeting, and collaboration with other hotel departments. The role requires strong leadership, knowledge of spa treatments, and adherence to health and safety regulations to deliver memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in a spa management or supervisory role in luxury/hotel settings.
• Proven leadership and ability to motivate a team.
• Strong knowledge of spa treatments, products, and wellness trends.
• Excellent communication and guest-centric service mindset.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations in spa operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily spa operations, ensure guest service quality, manage inventory and budgets.
• Develop spa menus and marketing strategies to drive revenue.
• Maintain spa facilities and equipment in excellent condition.
• Monitor guest feedback and implement service improvements.
• coach, mentor, and evaluate team performance; cultivate high-performing staff.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and sanitation standards.
• Manage spa supplies and vendor relationships to control costs while maintaining quality.
