Qualifications

• Previous experience in a spa management or supervisory role.
• Proven leadership and ability to motivate a team.
• Strong understanding of spa treatments, products, and wellness trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and spa operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily spa operations: manage guest service, product quality, inventory, systems, and budgets.
• Maximize revenue opportunities: develop spa menus and implement marketing strategies.
• Maintain spa facilities: ensure areas and equipment are well-maintained and clean.
• Enhance guest satisfaction: monitor trends, respond to feedback, implement improvements.
• Inspire and develop the team: supervise, coach, mentor, conduct evaluations, and recognize achievements.
• Uphold regulatory standards: ensure health, safety, and sanitation compliance.
• Inventory & resource management: manage supplies, inventory, reordering, and vendor relationships.
