Grand Hyatt Manila seeks a highly experienced Fitness Center and Spa Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our premier facilities. You will oversee the fitness center, pool, spa, sauna and therapy areas, delivering guest-centric hospitality with a focus on service excellence.

You will develop and market fitness programs, run spa promotions, and coach colleagues to maintain high standards. Local candidates with valid working rights are welcome to apply.

Formación

• 5+ years in fitness center and spa operations at a luxury property.
• Experience developing comprehensive marketing plans for fitness/spa.
• Dynamic leader with strong communication and decision-making skills.
• This role is open to local candidates with valid working rights in the Philippines.

We are looking for a well-experienced Fitness Center and Spa Manager who will oversee the day-to-day operations of the fitness center and spa.

In this role, you will manage the operations of the fitness center, swimming pool, recreational facilities, spa, sauna and therapy areas. You will display leadership in guest hospitality, exemplify excellent customer service, and create a positive atmosphere for guest relations. You will be responsible for creating, coordinating, and marketing fitness programs and spa promotions while ensuring that all associates undergo relevant training and coaching so they can successfully perform their job.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates must meet the following criteria:

• A local candidate with progressive experience in fitness center and spa operations gained over the last 5 years in a 5-star luxury property




• With experience in developing comprehensive marketing plans and initiatives to drive maximum performance of the Fitness Center and Spa Department




• A dynamic leader with superior communication, interpersonal and decision-making skills




• This position is open to local candidates or Philippine passport holder with valid working rights.
