Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority - Law Enforcement Department invites applications for the Security Guard II, SG-5 (Job Order). The position requires a high school graduate with 1 year of relevant experience and a valid security license.

Applicants must meet documentary requirements and complete prescribed forms. Additional preference is given to candidates who are college-level and who can pass the Physical Agility Test administered by the Law Enforcement Department.

Minimum requirements:

• High School graduate;

• 4 hours of relevant training; and
• Security Guard License (Valid)

Additional qualification requirements:

Documentary requirements:

1. Application Letter addressed to Mr. Vicente A. Evidente, Jr., Chairperson, SBMA Human Resource Merit and Promotion and Selection Board;
2. Fully accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CS Form No. 212, Revised 2017) with recent passport-sized picture, thumbmark and signature, and Work Experience Sheet (Attachment of CS Form No. 212) which both can be downloaded at www.csc.gov.ph using MS Word and affix signature (to be converted to PDF file format);
3. School Transcript of Records and Diploma of the highest educational attainment;
4. Certificate of Employment attesting the relevant experience held from authorized official/s (current, previous employment or jobs including volunteer work on a full time basis)
5. Relevant Training Certificates; and
6. Certificate of Civil Service eligibility and/or valid applicable License, if any.
