Thomson Medical is seeking a dedicated Patient Service Officer (PSO) to join our 24-Hour Urgent Care Centre, providing professional, efficient, and compassionate service from arrival to discharge. You will support patient registration, appointment coordination, billing, and administrative tasks while collaborating with our clinical team to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires 1–2 years in healthcare, hospitality, or customer service, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask

Qualifikationen

• Clear communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation in fast-paced settings.
• Experience in front-desk/clinic administration preferred.
• Attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
• Ability to work rotating shifts including overnights/holidays.

Aufgaben

• Front-line patient service & scheduling – handle inquiries and book appointments.
• Registration & records management – verify demographics and insurance details.
• Billing & payment support – collect payments and explain charges.
• Service recovery & feedback handling – address complaints and escalate when needed.
• Quality & compliance – maintain records and assist with audits.
• Administrative support – reports, correspondence and inventory tasks.
• Shift-based operations (24/7) – day/night/weekend rotations and handovers.
• Flexibility & team support – cover colleagues and cross-train as needed.
