Parkway Shenton is seeking a Patient Service Officer in Singapore to greet patients, handle registration, and schedule appointments while supporting doctors in a busy clinical setting.

You will manage billing and claims, maintain patient records and medication inventory, and help keep the clinic clean to ensure a positive patient experience. You may also cover other clinics as needed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Possess frontline customer service experience.
• Experience in healthcare industry is a plus.
• Basic IT knowledge and computer literacy.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to commit staggered working hours.

Responsabilités

• Attend to walk-in patients, register and schedule appointments.
• Process billing, payments and claims; dispense medications.
• Provide support to Doctors; explain procedures to patients.
• Maintain patients’ records and drug inventory.
• Be involved in daily clinic operations and patient management indicators.
• Assist in submission of medical reports and claims (TPA/CHAS/Medisave).
• Ensure clinic cleanliness for a positive patient experience and brand image.
• Provide coverage in other clinics when manpower is short.
• Other duties as assigned.
