Job summary

Globe Telecom, Inc. (via STT GDC Philippines) seeks a capable operations professional to manage and service large scale in-country data center infrastructure, ensuring 24x7 operations across rotating shifts and delivering excellent customer experience in line with STT GDC policies.

You will monitor ITIL-based incident and change processes, coordinate with contractors, and support preventive and reactive maintenance with regular reporting to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant 24x7 DC or facilities operations experience, or fresh graduate with related qualifications.
• Good knowledge of M&E and building facilities systems (CRACs, Chiller, PDUs, UPS, Switchgears, DX cooling).
• Strong ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 24x7 operations at the in-country data center and serve as Level 1 escalation point.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors; monitor safety, security, and customer support policy.
• Document requests and incidents; support preventive and reactive maintenance with minimal service disruption.
