The role requires readiness for shift work, attention to safety procedures, and strong collaboration with internal teams and external contractors. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Computing, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, with 1–3 years in 24x7 operations and solid English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computing, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in 24x7 data-centre operations.
• General knowledge of M&E and DC facilities systems.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Work in rotating shifts to support 24x7 onsite data centre operations.
• Perform 24x7 monitoring of critical facilities equipment and related systems.
• Act as first responder and Level 1 escalation for onsite incidents.
• Document activities and requests accurately in the ticketing system.
• Provide ISO27001 security process framework support and audits where needed.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for maintenance and safety compliance.
• Generate regular reports on power, environment, and service status.
