Job summary

Neltex Development Co., Inc. is seeking a Field Sales Executive to support the Regional Sales Manager in achieving sales objectives through Total Portfolio Selling (TPS) within the assigned district.

You will demonstrate the required AKS (Attitude, Knowledge, and Skills), applying effective sales techniques, and building strong, professional, and long-term relationships with customers. This role requires full-time fieldwork with travel within the assigned area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's level education preferred: four-year or two-year college, or at least college level.
• 1–2 years of sales experience; construction-related products is an advantage.
• Knowledge of general trade, especially hardware stores, with an existing client network is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage existing accounts and develop new accounts.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Willing to perform full-time fieldwork and travel within the assigned area.
