Job summary

Pimsgoc is seeking a Health Specialist Supervisor to drive demand for its product lines through doctors, dentists, nurses, midwives and other allied professionals. You will work to expand usage in hospitals, nurseries, pharmacies, and clinics, ensuring products are stocked and promoted across the territory.

You will also manage the territory to achieve sales objectives while adhering to company policies, standards, budgets and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Primarily responsible for creating demand for Client’s product lines through doctors, dentists and allied medical professionals' endorsements.
• Convincing hospitals to use and purchase Client’s products in nursery, pharmacy, central supply, operating room and delivery room.
• Convincing dispensing doctors to stock Client’s products and keep them available in their clinics.
• Manage territory to meet promotional and sales objectives within company policies, set standards, budget and compliance requirements.

1 Professional Health Specialist Supervisor

• Primarily responsible for creating the demand of Client’s product lines through doctors, dentists and members of the allied medical profession (nurses, midwives, pharmacists and purchasers) recommendations/endorsements.
• Likewise responsible for convincing the hospitals to use and purchase Client’s products in the nursery, pharmacy, central supply room, operating room and delivery room;
• Also responsible in convincing dispensing doctors to have stocks of Client’s products and make it available in their clinics;
• Responsible for the management of his/her territory to ensure attainment of specific objectives (promotions and sales) within company policies/procedures, set standards, approved budget, local, legal and regulatory restricts
